About the role

In the crucial role of Senior Business Development Director Cloud ACS at AVSystem, you will lead the development of the business of Cloud ACS service, its growth and strategic partnerships with CPE vendors and channel partners to drive its strategic growth and innovation. Balancing business leadership with team management, you'll cultivate a high-performing unit aligned with our vision. Collaborate with diverse teams, nurture key partnerships, and leverage market insights to solidify our stance as the premier provider in device management. Your guidance will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Cloud ACS SaaS offerings and fortifying AVSystem's industry leadership at the field of CPE device management in telecom industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, business development and planning for the Cloud ACS product, aligning with the CSP department's vision
  • Build a worldwide channel partner network for Cloud ACS
  • Oversee the Customer Success and Presales Team, ensuring achievement of Cloud ACS sales targets and fostering an agile, motivated unit
  • Formulate partnership strategies, emphasizing new partner acquisition and relationship enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product success and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product innovation
  • Target recognition as a top choice among small to medium ISPs and enterprises, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling products, services and building business in telecommunication industry, coupled with a proven track record in establishing channel sales strategies with distributors, resellers, and partners
  • Skilled in managing diverse teams and fostering strong customer and partner ties
  • Proficient in leadership, strategic planning, product launch, CRM, sales, marketing, communication, and data analysis
  • Effective negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English 
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is advantageous
