Inside Sales - Telco (CSP) Industry

Salary B2B: 7 000 - 10 000 PLN

Holiday: 20+ paid days

We are looking for a candidate for the Inside Sales position. This role is a bridge between our HQ-based marketing team and sales representatives located worldwide. We are looking for creative hunters who can work in an organized way and follow the strategy. Finding customers is the right challenge for you? Nurturing leads is a part of your nature? Your responsibilities:

  • Researching markets.
  • Qualifying leads, developing and managing the pipeline.
  • Presenting our telco products to new prospects.
  • Assisting clients with opportunities & cooperating with our sales team.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales pipeline and Salesforce updates.
  • Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.
  • Helping with sales projects to meet deadlines.
  • Active follow-ups with customers and proposing next steps.
  • Executing and driving sales initiatives to develop customer relationships.
  • Communicating effectively with the marketing & sales teams, providing feedback based on the interactions with prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills, fluency in English (C1 level), and other foreign language is a plus
  • Experience in finding customers (business development or any other new business-related position)
  • Experienced in working with CRM (we use Salesforce) or in telco/CSP industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills – detail-oriented, can follow up on tasks and coordinate well
  • Ability to listen and collect feedback from the prospects
  • Creative thinking and proactive attitude
  • Resourcefulness and goal-oriented attitude
  • Collaborative nature that aspires to learn and contribute
