An ideal candidate has
- Proven track record of successful execution in this (or similar) role in IT
- Hands-on experience in agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master
- In-depth knowledge of Atlassian stack like Jira, Confluence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Open and positive attitude
- Motivation, empathy, and, determination
- Fluent Polish and at least B2 English
Responsibilities
- Making teamwork smooth and efficient
- Fostering self-management and continuous improvement among team members
- Improving communication within the team
- Facilitating when needed development teams’ meetings and Scrum events
- Building high performing teams
- Advancing Jira and other plugins to help work management
- Developing Agile culture at AVSystem (running internal workshops)
- Working together with other teammates involved in product development (designers, tech writers, PMs, etc.)
