Partnership Manager

Location: Krakow/partly remote

Salary UoP: 9 900 - 12 600 PLN gross

Salary B2B: 12 000 - 15 000 PLN net

Holiday: 20+ paid days

We are looking for an experienced partnership manager with a demonstrable record of success to launch and grow our partner program. The person will be responsible for finding and managing partners, defining objectives and timelines, establishing repeatable, data-driven practices and overseeing a program that drives meaningful revenue and retention.

  • 5+ years of SaaS business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results
  • Proven track record of building partnerships program from its inception
  • Understanding technology and business strategy
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to present and manage a wide variety of relationships
  • Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in marketing, economics or business administration
  • Working experience as a Partnership Manager
  • Experience hiring and managing a team

Responsibilities

  • Looking for beneficial connections and using those to set up opportunities for the company business to grow
  • Enabling partners through assets and relationship management
  • Developing, monitoring and adjusting the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results
  • Taking ownership for building the entire partnership function, including clearly communicating the value to other departments and leadership
  • Working with our partners and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
  • Keeping a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Establishing clearly defined goals for each partner relationship
  • Updating and maintaining proper reporting metrics and funnel management
  • Performing quarterly partner reviews of established goals
  • Overseeing co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars and events
