AVSystem is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Expert to join our team. The Product Marketing Expert will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio, including market research, developing positioning and messaging, and executing launch plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, with experience in the technology industry preferred. They should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully bringing products to the market.
Objectives of this role
- Strengthen the AVSystem’s and its products’ presence in the Communications Service Providers (CSP) ecosystem
- Oversee and grow our marketing position by consistently identifying revenue opportunities within the established client base, and by managing steady growth and securing new accounts
- Collaborate with the business team to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing CSP products (internally and externally)
Your responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand target customers and identify market opportunities and define appropriate forecasts and plans
- Planning and implementing the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Planning and Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Planning and executing quarterly and annual marketing strategies, preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product plans launch
Skills and qualifications
- Successful track record in creating marketing strategies and campaigns, especially in the IT/Telco ecosystem
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market
- Experience in preparing product materials
- Basic understanding of SEO & SEM techniques and executing marketing campaigns in a data-driven approach
- Experience using relevant tooling (CRM / mailing platform / marketing automation)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to think and act both strategically and out of the box
- Fluent English
