To excel in this role, you should
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects for international clients
- Be fluent in both Polish and English to effectively communicate with our global clientele
- Exhibit a good understanding of network-related technical facets, encompassing the TCP/IP stack, HTTP, UDP, DTLS/TLS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, firewalls, server operations, applications, and APIs
- Hold a Master's degree in engineering, with a preference for academic backgrounds in computer science, specifically in areas such as software, computer networks, or telecommunications
- Ensure availability for client calls and meetings during evening hours to accommodate clients across diverse time zones, including the USA and Europe
- Showcase empathy and a keen interest in understanding our customers' needs while maintaining assertiveness in monitoring the project scope
As a Project Manager, your primary duties will include
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the execution of IoT projects in accordance with the project plan, ensuring they are successfully delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage project stakeholders, establishing effective communication channels, and nurturing relationships with clients, team members, and decision makers
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and oversee project resources to meet project objectives and milestones
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges, develop strategies to mitigate them, and proactively address issues to minimize their impact on project outcomes
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including System Analysts, Development Teams, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure the seamless integration of IoT solutions and the timely delivery of project components
- Scope Management: Monitor and manage project scope, evaluate and handle changes, and ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations and requirements
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate project status reports, provide progress updates, and maintain project documentation as necessary, while ensuring effective communication of project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders
