About us
We're a Kraków-based team of technical writers that supports our company's product portfolio with microcopy and documentation to help our customers seamlessly integrate our telecommunications and IoT solutions with their business.
Making complex and challenging technical concepts more user-friendly and easy to follow is what drives us in our daily activities. To achieve that, our Design & Writers team collaborates with development teams, testers, product owners and software engineers while researching, writing and updating technical and UI content.
Your tasks will include:
- Design Internet of Things user experience with words, create and maintain user-friendly microcopy for our product interface;
- Collaborate on content design with those involved in the design process: designers, writers, developers, and product managers;
- Identify actual user needs and implement the findings in innovative ways;
- Contribute to our IoT Developer Zone and other product documentation;
What we expect:
- Experience working in a position related to UX writing or content creation and/or have practical knowledge of concepts such as content design, user-centred design, design thinking;
- Interest in both language and new technologies like the Internet of Things;
- Strong self-motivation and ability to communicate effectively across various teams and stakeholders;
- Perfect language skills in English and Polish;
