Salary B2B: 20 000 - 30 000 PLN net

What we do
- We develop the Good Lood App (q-commerce and loyalty app with more than 300k users), e-commerce (goodnoot.com, goodlood.com/delivery), Joy Station (autonomic toppings machine) and unique in-house systems supporting the production and selling of ice cream
- We analyse, select and implement appropriate technologies to put our cool ideas to work
- We think up and implement new challenges for the IT side of Good Lood
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering (including at least 2 years with a JVM-based language)
- Any experience in frontend engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of technical challenges
- Passion for technology, pragmatic thinking, ability to jump into an ambiguous area and break down complex problems
- Strong communication skills and attitude of sharing expertise
- Proficiency in Polish and English
A huge plus if you have experience with
- Spring, Typescript, MongoDB, React
- Designing complex systems
- Assuming responsibility for significant tasks
Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete development cycle: design, develop, review, QA, deploy and support
- Propose and lead technical objectives of the team
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, including conducting code reviews and providing feedback on technical decisions
- Collaborate with business teams
- Conduct technical interviews for software engineering candidates
- Provide rotational developer support during office hours
