AVSystem Unified Device Management Platform Selected by M7 Group SA

AVSystem, a market leader in multi-protocol device management, announced today that its leading product Unified Management Platform (UMP) has been selected by M7 Group SA as a solution for provisioning triple-play services (known under the brand names CanalDigitaal & Online.nl) and ensuring quality of user experience in the Dutch market.

M7 Group SA indicated that functionalities provided by AVSystem UMP significantly help in daily maintenance of their fixed broadband network and enable a pro-active approach to device troubleshooting. What M7 Group SA values most about AVSystem UMP is its flexibility smartly combined with an easy-to-use user interface, which makes operations performed by Customer Care teams an easy and straightforward task. M7 Group’s technical team also appreciated the superior performance and scalability of AVSystem UMP’s engine, which allows collecting and analyzing high volume QoS/QoE data. AVSystem UMP will be integrated with Netadmin OSS solution and CRM to enable service activation flows and subscriber-aware business intelligence reports.
