AVSystem Unified Device Management Platform has been chosen by CNT, a rapidly expanding Ecuadorian public telecommunications company, for mass device management.
After a public tender, the project has been awarded to AVSystem and their flagship product, UMP, whose unique set of features contributes significantly to decreasing operational costs of new customer acquisition and service activation as well as increases the effectiveness of customer support.
UMP’s demo has been very well received by CNT’s technical team, leaving competitors far behind. The first impression on how UMP works, gained during the PoC phase, revealed that the majority of features it offers including zero touch activation, service monitoring and the QoE module clearly reflects CNT’s expectations. This only confirms great versatility of AVSystem’s platform and its usefulness in CNT’s case.
”Engineers from CNT knew exactly what they were looking for and what functionalities were most important for their mass device management”, says Wojciech Czech, Chief Technology Officer at AVSystem. “Fulfilling all their needs regarding provisioning and monitoring was quite a challenging task, but eventually we did it, and our platform provided everything CNT required”, he proudly adds.
