AVSystem highlights its involvement in the Middle East telecommunications market announcing its cooperation with VIVA Bahrain.

Krakow, Poland – 12 September 2016 – AVSystem expands its presence in the Middle East being chosen by Bahrain’s major telecom operator and member of the STC Group.

VIVA Bahrain has selected AVSystem’s device management and IoT platform as it showed a significant prevalence over other solutions currently available on the market.

AVSystem’s product will be brought into play as a comprehensive system for M2M service management and IoT monitoring in LTE environment.

The main goal is providing VIVA Bahrain with a wide set of features such as connectivity service enablement and extensive device and IoT monitoring, giving a deep insight into the network’s performance. As a service enabling platform it allows to introduce the new IoT concept for residential and enterprise subscribers and to cover desired M2M business models for wide range of businesses – from traffic light to automotive management. With advanced Customer Care and Self-Management being the operator’s major focus, quickly solving all clients’ issues and proactively fixing any problems discovered in the network is a must. Thanks to AVSystem solution equipped with predictive maintenance engine, this will become not only possible but also surprisingly easy. Furthermore, delivered solution involves M2M service enablement (fleet management) and M2M gateway monitoring using the upcoming OMA LWM2M protocol, thereby extending AVSystem’s IoT use cases portfolio.
